Return & Refund Policy

Ayuvigour.com offers a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and unopened
• The product must remain in its original sealed packaging
• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Due to the nature of consumable food products, opened or used items cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.

2. How to Request a Return

• Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to:

• Damaged item
• Incorrect item sent

We will provide instructions and cover return shipping where applicable.

If the return is for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.

Photos may be required to process damage claims.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• We will notify you of approval or rejection
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days

Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

7. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Opened products
• Used or partially used items
• Items returned after 30 days from delivery
